Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core accounting activities in line with Ind AS, IGAAP, Tax Laws, and FEMA.
  • Review and analyze commercial contracts and evaluate financial implications.
  • Handle treasury accounting, including investments, borrowings, interest, and cash flow.
  • Lead automation initiatives for treasury and lease modules in SAP.
  • Oversee complete lease accounting and lease management as per Ind AS 116.
  • Drive month-end closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, SOP compliance, and process improvements.
  • Manage statutory and internal audits; ensure timely closure with zero major observations.
  • Lead a team of 3–4 members, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Requirements

  • CA with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, FEMA, Tax Laws, and financial controls.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP; automation exposure preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
