Job Description

  • Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Lead the finalization of accounts, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/Indian GAAP) and statutory guidelines.
  • Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process.
  • Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations for cost control.
  • Develop and maintain robust MIS reporting frameworks to provide key financial insights to management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
  • Support business decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Liaison with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
  • Address audit queries promptly and implement corrective measures based on audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and continuous improvement in financial processes.
  • Cost analysis & reporting, monitor direct and indirect project expenses.
  • Maintenance of cost records in ERP/SAP systems
