Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager Finance Accounts role based in Erode. The Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, planning, and monitoring financial transactions. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, coordinating with clients, supporting sales activities, and leading and mentoring a team to ensure efficient financial and account management practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management, with a strong understanding of financial operations and reporting.
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to foster client relationships and drive business growth.
- Strong Team Management capabilities, including leadership and the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage financial functions and coordinate across departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounts management role, ideally within the construction or related industries.
