Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Facilities/Administration, based in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee facility operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations, and will manage operations such as property management, budgeting, customer service, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, creating and maintaining budgets, addressing any property-related issues, and developing streamlined administrative processes to enhance organizational operations.

Qualifications & skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration, OR Diploma in Facilities Management.

- 7+ years of experience in facilities/office administration, in high-growth or startup environments.

- Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety norms, and building systems with Kaizen initiatives.

- Familiarity with facility systems and reporting tools is an advantage. Excellent coordination.

- Employee-centric approach with high ownership, strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada is mandate

- Prior interaction with government bodies (Labour, Fire & Safety, e-waste management) and handling statutory documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Prepare facility performance reports, maintenance dashboards, and compliance data.

- Track recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare periodic MIS and management reports covering space utilization, facility performance metrics, CAPEX & OPEX tracking (accruals and actuals), and operational risks.

- Support internal and external audits in coordination with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.

- Process Orientation: Build and follow SOPs consistently with analytical skills.

- Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation matrices, and governance frameworks aligned with HR policies and organizational standards
