Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Conduct outbound calls and Emails to prospective international clients .
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets for agricultural implements, focusing on regions with high farming potential.
  • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches.
  • Build and manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop country-specific sales strategies and targets aligned with global business goals.
  • Ensure all export procedures, documentation, and regulations are followed (incoterms, LC, shipping, customs).
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to adapt products to local farming needs and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide support to international customers, including technical guidance, complaint resolution, and after-sales service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in the agricultural equipment industry will be a plus
