Key Responsibility :

1. Manage Risks:

• Identify, track, and manage risks across the company. Maintain the Risk Register and follow up on ongoing issues.

1. Compliance:

• Ensure the company follows rules from regulators like SEBI and meets industry standards.

1. ISO Certifications:

• Ensure the company is compliant with ISO standards like information security and business continuity. Oversee necessary audits.

1. Cybersecurity & Audits:

• Oversee regular checks and audits for IT security and ensure everything complies with industry standards.

1. Crisis Planning:

• Help the company prepare for emergencies and ensure there are recovery plans in place.

1. Training:

• Conduct training for employees to make them aware of risks and how to manage them.

1. Reporting & Coordination:

• Support management with reports and meeting agendas. Coordinate with departments to ensure risk assessments, audits, and compliance are on track.

Skills Needed:

• Experience: 8-10 years in risk management, audits, or IT systems.
• Risk & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of rules and risk management practices.
• Technical Skills: Experience with audits, ISO certifications, and cybersecurity.
• Communication: Strong ability to explain complex topics simply.
