Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver ESG and sustainability-related projects across diverse industries.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises on ESG parameters for corporates.
- Continuously update ESG assessment frameworks in alignment with evolving market and sectoral trends.
- Stay updated on ESG disclosures, sustainable finance practices, and emerging ESG scoring methodologies.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communication material for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver ESG assessment training sessions and support capability building.
- Engage with clients and internal teams through presentations, feedback loops, and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful project execution and quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:28 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, reporting, or evaluation, preferably within consulting firms, corporates, or rating agencies.
Skill Set:
- In-depth experience with ESG scoring, analysis, and ratings.
- Solid understanding of global and Indian sustainability disclosure frameworks.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and collaborate across teams effectively.
Education Qualification:
MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (mandatory).
