Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Outreach Prospecting:
  • Conduct structured outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with CXOs, LD Heads, and senior HR leaders in medium to large enterprises.
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach based on industry, company priorities, and decision-maker profiles.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects for TimesPro s LD offerings.
  • Solution Positioning Lead Generation:
  • Communicate TimesPro s corporate learning solutions (custom LD programs, leadership interventions, digital learning, etc.) with clarity and relevance.
  • Understand client challenges and align them with our value propositions.
  • Generate discovery meetings or demo appointments for senior sales/solutions team.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a structured call plan, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely outreach using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Own and manage a daily/weekly call and email schedule aligned with KPIs and activity targets.
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and timeline
  • CRM Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Share weekly lead-gen reports, lead status, and progress metrics with reporting manager.
  • Market Competitor Awareness:
  • Keep yourself updated with emerging trends in the LD and HR ecosystem.
  • Understand TimesPro s positioning vs. competitors and use this insight during outreach conversations.
