What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow existing merchant relationships in Enterprise Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement.
- Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within Enterprise market LOBs i:e E-Com,B2B Saas & OTTs , focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectives
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Plan in-person meetings with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value.
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion
- Keep updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities
What You Will Need:
- 6-8 Years of relevant experience in account management & relationship management.
- Has a strong understanding of the payments space and from online payments background (Mandate).
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise.
- Ability to engage with CXO level executives.
