Enterprise Applications MIT Manager (India)
Role Purpose
Manage the India-based Enterprise Applications team (MIT) to ensure staffing readiness, operational efficiency, and strong alignment with onsite directors in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enabling delivery, resolving operational issues, and maintaining workforce stability without adding unnecessary overhead to development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HR on hiring, onboarding, evaluations, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Ensure sufficient staffing through permanent hires and flexible subcontractor capacity.
- Maintain continuous alignment with onsite directors across the Enterprise Applications sections.
- Identify risks affecting delivery, staffing, or performance and escalate proactively.
- Manage subcontractors and support any Enterprise Applications initiatives executed in India.
- Improve operational efficiency while avoiding interference in technical execution unless aligned with onsite leadership.
Key Expectations
- Enable onsite leadership and simplify operations.
- Maintain full visibility of team status, capacity, and risks.
- Support delivery acceleration without adding process burden.
Experience Required
- Managing distributed or offshore technology teams.
- Exposure to enterprise applications or large IT environments.
- Experience coordinating with HR, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing software delivery or application teams across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Risk Management, or similar), with solid understanding of software lifecycle, operational dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
