Job Description

Position Summary

Responsibility is to manage HR and ADMIN requirement of Nagpur Plant -

  • Implement the HR & Admin Strategy and Initiatives aligned with the overall Business Strategy
  • Nurture a positive working environment and Manage the Employees Life cycle mainly for shopfloor teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Manpower Planning and Headcount Management on shop floor – Operators, JE's, Trainees and Contract.
  • Payroll Management, HR MIS and dashboards
  • Statutory compliances, liasioning with Govt bodies for various approvals, ensuring timely submission of various returns and records
  • Monitor HR & Admin department's budget
  • Manage employees grievances
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR and Admin department
  • Employee engagement, Rewards & recognition initiatives
  • Manage end-end recruitment needs of the business segment
  • Proactively understand and resolve work-related challenges and issues of employees to enhance employee experience
  • Propose and implement meaningful initiatives for wellbeing and design work roles meaningfully
  • Create meaningful interventions for work efficiency and anchor workforce planning actions aligned to business needs
  • Identify appropriate learning solutions and implement them for the business segment with steps to measure effectiveness
  • Facilitating effective implementation of the Company's Performance Review System, Reward & Recognition programs
  • Support Implementation of People Development Pillar.
  • Driving digital, innovation and new ways of working in HR.
  • Ensure HR is approachable, and knows the pulse of the people, and is able to feed this information back to the business for any initiatives that may need to be carried out
