Job Title: Electrical Manager - Luxury Township , Hospitality and Real Estate Projects
Location: Della Townships, Pune
Working Days:6 days a week

Job Summary

Della Townships is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong background in execution of luxury townships, hospitality, and real estate projects. The role involves end-to-end electrical project execution from planning to commissioning, ensuring all electrical infrastructure is delivered to luxury project standards within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Electrical Project Execution
Lead execution of complete electrical works for township and hospitality projects from initial planning to final commissioning.

2. Power Infrastructure & DG Setup
Plan and execute installation and commissioning of DG sets, transformers, substations, HT/LT panels, cabling, and power distribution systems.

3. Electrical Design & Site Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution aligned with design intent and project schedules.

4. Site Supervision & Quality Control
Monitor on-site electrical works ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.

5. Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage electrical contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely delivery and execution of works.

6. Electrical Planning & Execution Scheduling
Prepare execution schedules, manpower deployment plans, and monitor progress against timelines.

7. Compliance & Safety Standards
Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.

8. Testing & Commissioning
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems ensuring performance reliability.

9. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
Control project costs, validate contractor bills, and optimize electrical execution expenses without compromising quality.

10. Coordination with Authorities & Consultants
Handle coordination with electrical inspectors, utility authorities, and consultants for approvals and inspections.

Job Expectations:

Required Qualifications & Experience
. Experience handling large-scale integrated township electrical infrastructure preferred.
. Strong knowledge of DG setup, HT/LT systems, power distribution, lighting systems, and infrastructure works.
. Proven experience managing site execution teams.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum Job Experience:

10-15 years of experience in electrical execution of luxury real estate, hospitality, or township projects.
