Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support & chip into the development, design, analysis, and interpretation of all HEOR projects (CEM, BIM, NMA etc.) that demonstrate the over product value (both clinical & economic)
- Develop optimal knowledge and experience in HEOR (Economic Modeling).
- Develop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative deliverables as per the client requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines.
- Liaise with global partners on project schedule/planning and executing of economic modeling deliverables and develop long-term, peer-level trust-based collaborations.
- Support global clients to conduct payer insight generation and economic modeling and ad-hoc activities (e.g. Payer AdBoards / secondary market research) as and when required.
- Support the development of additional guidance and training materials (i.e. checklists, QA processes etc.) Work with Lead-V&A for driving functional excellence in the assigned businesses, leading functional initiatives and business development in the assigned areas
- Drive initiatives and projects towards creating scientific and functional excellence (across PMA / HE&OR / EM service deliverables to support the business).
- Support to optimize process and also ensure adherence to Sandoz Processes /guidelines/SOP s
- What you ll bring to the role: Essential Requirements:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant field (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently.
- Ability to demonstrate analytics findings to collaborator.
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel Advanced, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point, VBA)
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge with proven experience of 5+ years in conducting health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) in pharma industry, contract research organization, and also experience in a closely related subject area within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
