Measures of Success

  • In three months:You will have a good grip on the business you're supporting.
  • You'll work closely with partners and marketplaces to build plans, Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), and pitches.
  • You'll develop and advise on campaign strategies for clients across marketplaces, platforms, and properties, aligning with their brand goals.
  • You'll ensure consistent and efficient planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of campaigns to deliver a stellar customer experience.
  • You'll review the performance of key metrics against set goals, benchmarks, and previous performance.
  • You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive e-commerce approach for both media and non-media activities.
  • You'll identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • You'll support new business pitches and onboarding.
  • You'll maintain the Profit and Loss (P&L) to ensure profitability and optimal resource utilization for your cluster.

What Your Day Job Looks Like at WPP Media

  • Drive e-commerce sales through effective and efficient campaigns.
  • Ensure client success when listing new products and launching campaigns.
  • Coordinate with teams across the group on content and the execution of brand and e-commerce activities.
  • Map trends, review performance, and advise clients on the success of their e-commerce campaigns.
  • Capitalize on the latest marketing opportunities available on e-commerce sites.
  • Support operations for new projects.
  • Gather key insights for performance improvement and help develop new marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present budget and forecast reports.
  • Utilize your basic knowledge of other channels, such as Facebook, Google, and Programmatic, to create integrated strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, with a preference for experience on the brand side or with private labels at an e-commerce marketplace.
  • Any experience with platform search on e-commerce sites is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and ways of working in both e-commerce and overall digital marketing.
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative partner who remains even-tempered in a deadline-driven environment.
