Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager E&I located in Pune. The Manager E&I will oversee and drive electrical, instrumentation, and control system engineering activities for assigned projects. Responsibilities include designing, reviewing, and optimizing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases. The individual will lead efforts to address operational challenges and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical and instrumentation systems design and execution
- Strong skills in control systems, including programming, integration, and troubleshooting
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to electrical and instrumentation engineering
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, and optimize technical solutions
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
- Experience in Oil and Gas,industrial air, water, energy, or related engineering sectors.
