Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Distribution & Logistics with pharmaceutical industry experience, located in Hyderabad. The Manager will oversee supply chain operations, ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, manage inventory, and coordinate transportation and distribution logistics. Responsibilities include planning and managing overall logistics strategies, ensuring timely delivery of products, optimizing warehousing and storage operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Logistics Management, Distribution, and Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Transportation
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and pharmaceutical standards
• Proficiency in Operation Planning, Process Optimization, and Data Analysis
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management software/tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution and understanding of healthcare logistics regulations will be an advantage
