Manager-Digital Transformation (Delivery)

Key Deliverables:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives across functions
• Identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, compliant solutions
• Develop reusable digital assets, documentation, and a Digital Academy knowledge base
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a unified automation delivery model

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing transformation team
• Align delivery with business priorities and Tesco's automation standards
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to optimize operations and identify value pipelines
• Track KPIs and performance, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
