Job Overview:
United Way Mumbai is setting up a Digital Transformation Team to leadinnovation across the organization. We are looking for a Manager DigitalTransformation (Consultant) to own product management and drive how our digitalplatforms, systems, and tools evolve. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will guide vendors, define productroadmaps, and ensure our digital solutions meet the needs of fundraisers,donors, NGOs, and internal teams. You'll also be the internal champion fortechnology adoption, AI, and process improvement. Technical skills like PHP,Salesforce customisation, dashboards, and AI familiarity are a plus, but yourmain focus will be product strategy, planning, and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead product management for UWM's digital platforms, tools, andworkflows; defining features, prioritising initiatives, and mapping userjourneys.
- Drive the digital transformation strategy, ensuring that technologysolutions improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design, build, andmaintain websites, Salesforce customisation, dashboards, and otherdigital products.
- Be the go-to person for AI and emerging technologies, helping theorganisation adopt and leverage them effectively.
- Support hands-on technical work when needed; customising platforms,troubleshooting, or coding (PHP/web development).
- Ensure data integrity, reporting, and smooth operations acrosscampaigns and programs.
- Mentor colleagues on digital best practices and new ways of working.
Profile requisites:
- A product-focused leader with experience in digital product managementor technology-driven project management.
- Strategic and systems-oriented, able to simplify complex workflows anddeliver impactful solutions.
- Comfortable collaborating with vendors, multiple teams, andstakeholders.
- Curious about AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies and able toapply them pragmatically.
- Strong communicator, able to translate technical or process details fornon-technical colleagues.
- Hands-on technical skills in PHP, web development, Salesforcecustomisation, dashboards, or analytics are a plus.
- Motivated by social impact and excited to use technology to amplifyUWM's mission.
- You've been part of a nonprofit, student initiative, or volunteer effort.
- Should have atleast 8 years of work experience.
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; thesalary range is INR 11 - 15 LPA
Consultancy Period - 1 year
