We are seeking an experienced Planning Solutions Architect with a strong technical background and extensive experience in implementing solutions such as o9 / SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have completed at least 5 to 6 implementations and possess deep knowledge of the product and technical architecture. This role focuses on the ability to lead o9 / SAP IBP transformations for clients across industries, being able to lead team of consultants and translate business requirements to technical and architecture needs and drive the implementation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead design and process discussions with clients
- Design and architect the overall technology framework for o9 / IBP implementations
- Lead the technical implementation of o9 / IBP solutions, including integrations with legacy systems, data warehouse, and end to end ERP
- Develop testing strategy and test scenarios
- Identify gaps and develop custom design specifications
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and support throughout the implementation process
- Lead team through the implementation and hyper care process, actively coaching / mentoring junior consultants
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams
- Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery
- Lead client pursuit discussions and highlight experience and approach for o9/ IBP implementations across industries
- Mentor, guide and train a team of o9 / SAP IBP consultants
- Travel may be required for this role, depending on client requirements
