Weare seeking a highlymotivated productmanagerwho will bedesigning solutionsforthenextgen casemanagement productkeeping inmind bestinclass servicing and automation design principles. Thepersonin this role is expected to lookexternally, map and understand end-to-end customer journeys andopportunities forimprovement, defineand prioritizearoadmap of features and enhancementsto improvethecustomerexperienceanddrivebusiness valuethrough. The product manager will participateactively inall phases ofthedevelopment process with the engineering team, designers and architects,and with partners fromotherlinesof businessandoperationsleaderto deliver right solutions


Theindividualwillberesponsiblefor:

  • Case management product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of scalable solutions for enterprise use
  • Understand the current Pega platform, architect the target state, and implement the
    modernization roadmap to globalise key capabilities while phasing out outdated ones.
  • Driving and Supporting business initiativesthatenhanceandoptimizethe capabilities to enhance efficiency, customer & colleague experience
  • Work with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions tailored to AXP needs.
  • Bring an external perspective and usedataandanalytics to identify gaps, innovativeideasandenhancementsthat improve platform and existing processes
  • DeliverIntelligent automationusecasesaspartof thecasemanagement Platform

  • Successfullymanagemultipleprojectsandtasksconcurrently
  • Effectivelycollaborate/influenceatalllevelswithouthavingdirectauthority.

  • Supportdevelopmentofappropriatetracking and reporting to trackproductperformancepost launch
  • Provideconsultancyto businesspartnersto ensurethatprocessesand platformsare applied appropriately

  • LeadershipupdatesandtimelyupdatestoStakeholders

  • Collaborating with Issue Management, Control Management, Auditors on issues/gaps/controls. Identify, root cause, and log issues, to facilitate a proactive risk management culture
Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in computerscience,productmanagement/design,orother related discipline is desired

  • Minimum of 5-10Years experienceintheproductmanagementspaceasaProductowneror a product manager - Agile/Kanban, Scrum, SAFe etc.

  • Proven experience working in high performing agile teams delivering continuous product features and enhancements, in partnership with Technology teams

  • Scrum master, CSPO and / or SAFE product owner manager certification

  • Basicunderstandingof advancedanalytics / AI-ML / Gen-AI techniquesandtheycanbeleveragedina product will be a plus.

  • Expertise in Enterprise Business Capability, Business Architecture, Product Management, Agile
  • Experience in project management, control & compliance will be a plus

  • Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoengage,influence,and inspirepartnersand stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • Knowledgeof SQL/Hive/ Pythonand otherdataquerying andmanipulationtechniquesas well as scripting techniques is desired.
  • Understanding of APIsandSDKs is desired
  • Familiaritywith designthinking, sixsigma,LEAPand /or LEAN continuousprocess improvement techniques
  • Good businessacumento conveykeybenefitsto customersand successfullylaunchnew solutions.
