Job Description

Responsibilities

As part of Digital HR team, he/ she will contribute towards managing and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM applications across the group by undertaking the following activities:

  • Perform Technical configuration and enhancements in Oracle Fusion HCM including creation and maintenance of EIT and Flex fields (DFF/ EFF), Fast formulas and HCM Extracts configuration.
  • Ensure regular technical upgrades including Release impact assessments and new functionality additions. Also, participate in the ongoing Redwood transition by providing technical inputs.
  • Onboarding new Entities in Oracle Fusion HCM covering data migration, functional reconfiguration, Inbound and outbound integrations, and smooth transition management.
  • Help create and support utilization of standard HCM reports by end-users. Support HR analytics and assurance dashboards in Data Lake environments by identifying appropriate Oracle Fusion tables, validating data integrity, and enabling required data pipelines.
  • Participate in the AMS governance reviews with SI / Support partners to analyze issue trends and conduct technical root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure system technical alignment with Group-level policies, digital governance frameworks, cyber security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in functional requirements deliberations and provide techno-functional inputs to address the requirements in most efficient and reliable manner.

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and rollouts as a Techno-Functional Lead
  • Deep understanding of Orace Fusion HCM Core module and good understanding of OTL (Time & Labour)/ TM/ Learn modules, including Redwood and Agentic AI features
  • Have worked in ensuring delivery of rolled out modules and governing SLA based outcomes
  • Have worked along with System Implementation partners and product providers to jointly deliver outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience of managing integrations between system using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, etc.

Qualifications

Education Qualification and Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Masters in Management
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification from Oracle University
