Following our recent funding fromA91 Private Equity, we are rapidly scaling our retail presence with new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India. To support this growth, we are looking for a technically-drivenManager (Design)to join our team inNagpur.

If you are an Architect or Interior Designer who loves the technical side of making things real, this is for you.

The Role:

Reporting directly to ourGeneral Manager (Design / Retail Store Setup Head), you will be the technical lead for our new store rollouts. Our GM will provide the design vision and handhold you through our brand standards, while you will independently drive the execution.

What you'll do:

Create precise AutoCAD layouts & GFC drawings (Partitions, RCP, Electrical, etc.).

Manage site supervision to ensure 100% accuracy.

Lead outstation site visits to oversee store setup and quality.

Coordinate civil, electrical, and lighting details independently.

Who we're looking for:

Qualification:Architect or Interior Designer.

Experience:810 years in commercial or residential interiors.

Skills:Expert-level AutoCAD and strong technical hands-on knowledge.

Engagement:PrimarilyFull-Time, but we are open to aFlexible/Retainermodel (46 hours/day) for the right senior professional.
