Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Design Marine Structures located in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design of marine structures, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, managing design schedules, and maintaining project documentation. The Manager will also be involved in project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Marine Structure Design, Structural Analysis, and Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and similar design software
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management, team coordination, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders and team members
- Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in marine environments, is a plus
