Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- Bonus if you have hands-on experience in Motion Design
- A strong portfolio showcasing both explorations and shipped work is mandatory
- Prior experience with consumer brands, especially in luxury or travel, is highly valued
What We're Looking For
- A deep obsession with craftvisual and motion design
You believe great design is often invisible, but deeply felt when it's missing
- Strong proficiency in Illustrator / Affinity / After Effects (or equivalent tools)
- More importantly, you know how to use these tools to solve real-world problems
- Bonus if you have strong illustration or drawing skills
- Independent, resourceful, and biased toward action and ownership
- A true self-starterresults-driven, curious, innovative, and comfortable taking initiative and risks
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

Role & Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the brand identity and brand voice of the organization
- Work closely with Design, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent, aspirational brand experience across all touchpoints
- Collaboratively build and strengthen the brand philosophy and promise
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure consistency and quality in brand execution
- Own visual consistency across digital, marketing, and communication platforms
