A decade-old luxury real estate builder in Bangalore, led by founders and leadership from IIT-IIM. They have raised good funding from investors and banks in the last 2 years. They are currently working on 3 key areas of growth:
- Scaling the construction by 10X in 3 years
- Making a team of 200 people from 50 people in 2 years
- Setting up the leadership and mid-senior leadership for critical functions
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for luxury residential projects: translate concept design into detailed drawings, FF&E schedules, and comprehensive construction documentation.
- Produce, review and approve construction and shop drawings; develop specifications and finish schedules aligned to luxury quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, contractors, and specialist vendors) to resolve design and site issues and maintain construction quality.
- Manage FF&E procurement and vendor delivery: sample review, technical evaluation, installation supervision, and punch-list closure.
- Implement design QA/QC processes, conduct regular site inspections, review submittals, and enforce design intent through close monitoring.
- Lead client-facing design presentations, secure stakeholder approvals, and mentor junior designers and consultants to elevate delivery standards.
