Technical Support: working closely with Service partners in day to day activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide Technical Support to Customer
Communication Skills: Shall have good communication skills and good coordination within the team.
Lead Management : Shall have skill set to identify the Opportunities convert in to Business Leads.
Software Integration : Shall have good knowledge about the software monitoring tools.
