What You'll Do:

- Develop innovative concepts for brand activations and events that WOW!

- Craft compelling storytelling narratives that resonate with our audience & client's problem statement.

- Ideate and strategize for new campaigns, on-ground activations

- Create impactful PPTs that showcase your ideas with flair

What We're Looking For:

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills

- Experience in events, activations, or brand marketing

- Ability to translate ideas into visually engaging presentations

- Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Advertising, or related field.
  • 9-10 years of experience in event conceptualization, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging experiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and research methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with activations and hybrid events.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, project management tools, and risk mitigation.

Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
