About The Role
Drive end-to-end demand and supply planning for exports across Tea, Foods, and Confectionery, managing multiple markets and stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and delivering high service levels in a complex global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own demand forecasting for export markets and drive forecast alignment with market teams
- Build and execute supply plans to ensure timely production and optimal inventory levels
- Maintain service levels of ≥95% through effective planning and coordination
- Partner with factories and logistics teams to ensure smooth production, dispatch, and shipment
- Monitor risks and proactively resolve supply or logistics disruptions
- Drive S&OP alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Track performance, generate insights, and improve planning processes
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–3 years of experience in supply planning (FMCG/Pharma preferred)
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership with a service-oriented mindset
Educational Qualification
- Tier-1 MBA in Supply Chain Management
