We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
MANAGER DATA MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
In This Role, You Will Be
- The role demands a highly motivated, pro-active approach to data management with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail with the primary purpose of the role will be to ensure that the Data Ingestion, Data Quality are recorded with automation.
- Candidate should know technical skills such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI to derive and understand data to perform reconciliation within data sets per requirement and Work as a team member in Data Quality Day to day activities
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in all outputs, processes, systems and communications as an integral part of delivery and the candidate will also be expected to achieve results through influence and persuasion as well as exercise direct authority.
- The candidate will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
- The candidate will be required to work within the overall framework of the Asset Management Group Operations
- Work as a team member in Data Quality Day to day activities
To Be Successful, You Will
- Work with internal and external audit and ensure that the framework is implemented and maintained.
- Develop and maintain relationships and work well with peers at each level and support to develop a culture committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service and healthy, open, transparent, honest team environment.
- Atleast *+ years of experience in Data Quality process with in Asset Management industry / investment management firms.
- Strong experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI technologies,
- Familiarity with Data sets such as transactions, holding, account and fund will be advantageous.
- Engage with various stakeholders on SIT and UAT
- Effective Stake-holder Management is a must
