Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Process Analysis: Document As-Is and design To-Be processes; perform gap analysis.
Solution Design Support: Collaborate with technical teams to configure Quantexa's platform, including entity resolution and data integration.
Change Management: Support implementation and adoption of solutions, including UAT and training.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear documentation, diagrams, and presentations for diverse audiences.
Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and risk management standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with big data concepts, Spark/Scala, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and documentation tools.
Domain Knowledge: BFSI, risk analytics, or compliance workflows is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
