We are inviting for the role of Manager,Data Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - Data Engineering , Senior Python developer to lead our data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, data engineering, and cloud technologies, with proven experience in managing large-scale data platforms and driving end-to-end data solutions. This role requires both technical depth and leadership ability to guide the team in building scalable, reliable, and efficient data systems.
Responsibilities
.Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
.Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for OLAP and OLTP systems.
.Oversee the implementation and optimization of big data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, cluster management).
.Drive adoption of cloud-based solutions (AWS) for data storage, processing, and analytics.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, engineering) to deliver high-quality data solutions.
.Implement CI/CD pipelines and orchestration frameworks to ensure smooth deployment and automation.
.Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all systems.
.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices for data engineering.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's in B.tech or Masters in technology or relevant fields.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Strong background in software development with proficiency in Python.
.Hands-on experience in data engineering and building large-scale data systems.
.Deep understanding of database systems (OLAP & OLTP).
.Expertise in big data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, cluster management).
.Experience with cloud systems (AWS preferred).
.Knowledge of orchestration tools and CI/CD practices.
.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
.Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams
