Job Description

Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to join our team!!

Work Schedule

Candidate is required to follow the work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Role Overview

The Manager, Data & Analytics Services will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role focuses on managing analytics delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team development, ensuring timely and reliable reporting and insights for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

.Lead and manage a team of data analysts delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, and similar BI platforms.

.Oversee the development of insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.

.Plan, assign, and monitor team deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality analytics outputs.

.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

.Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

.Mentor team members and promote best practices in reporting, data visualization, and analytics delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

.10+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.

.5+ years of experience managing and mentoring analytics teams.

Additional Job Standards

.Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms.

.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

.Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
