Hiring: Manager – Data Analytics

We're looking for a Manager – Analytics (Technical) to lead strategic programs, drive data-backed decision-making, and elevate performance across our Partner Oversight Program.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Own the vision and end-to-end execution of the Partner Oversight Program across Quality, Reporting, and Technical areas.
- Develop and manage a detailed program roadmap, defining milestones, closing knowledge gaps, and enabling business performance goals.
- Communicate roadmap status and manage shifting priorities effectively.
Analytics & Insight Generation
- Design and deliver key performance goals using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
- Champion customer insights across Verizon, driving collaboration and influencing business-impacting decisions.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
- Conduct data exploration, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
- Design KPIs, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), manage SQL databases, and perform advanced analytics using Python.
- Support predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives (good to have).
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor an analytics team, ensuring consistent delivery, alignment, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.
Performance Expectations
Daily
- Conduct status check-ins to assess operational health, anomalies, and compliance flags.
- Review system security and performance risks and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure dispute management processes are followed with timely corrective action.
Weekly
- Inspect quality metrics, KPI trends, and compliance updates.
- Hold weekly staff meetings to review performance and key findings.
- Identify high-priority risks and wins for stakeholder governance discussions.
- Review alignment between technical and business teams.
Monthly
- Create high-level summaries for senior management (quality metrics, risks, compliance).
- Lead formal governance sessions to review SLAs, KPIs, and performance vs. targets.
- Prepare monthly communications outlining program accomplishments, KPI shifts, and strategic updates.
Quarterly
- Review quarterly roadmap and business initiatives.
- Create and deliver a comprehensive QBR deck.
- Align with transformation teams on strategic direction and cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct formal risk reviews (operational, compliance, security, cost) and identify standardization and best practices.
