JD Data Analytics & Application Manager

Role Objective

We're hiring a Data Analytics & Application Manager to own end-to-end data ecosystem, manage internal applications, and act as a bridge between business and tech teams to drive data-led decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics & BI

Build and manage data models (relational/dimensional/NoSQL)

Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines

Create dashboards & reports (Power BI/Tableau)

Drive predictive analytics & business insights

Ensure data governance, quality & security

2. Business & Requirement Management

Gather and translate business needs into BRDs & technical specs

Conduct feasibility analysis & solution design

Work closely with stakeholders for requirement validation

3. Application Management

Manage in-house applications lifecycle (dev deployment maintenance)

Handle UAT, performance monitoring & issue resolution

Manage third-party integrations & system enhancements

4. Tech & Team Coordination

Act as a bridge between business & dev teams

Work in Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, backlog prioritization)

Ensure timely delivery of features, fixes & enhancements

5. Infrastructure & Cost Optimization

Manage servers & cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Monitor performance, scalability & uptime

Drive cost optimization & resource efficiency

Core Requirements

48 years in Data Analytics / Application / Tech roles

Strong in SQL, data modeling, BI tools

Exposure to Python/R (preferred)

Experience in cloud, ETL pipelines & application management

Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
