Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive modernization initiatives across Medicare Advantage, ACA & Medicaid programs in Risk & Quality Solutions by implementing Advanced Analytics solutions at scale
• Develop the pyspark programs across all LOBs
• Mentor and guide the other team members for effective Analytical solutions
• Work with Tech assets team OPSI, EDPS, CS wherever require to triage the new reports

Required Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in big data - spark, python, hive, shell scripting, sqoop
• Proven ability to work independently with business leaders/RQS Decision Intelligence team to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical implementation for Data Science solutions
• Demonstrated technical and strategic excellence in developing Data Science solutions in past
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous, complex, and difficult situations
• Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians and payers

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in Cloud and Azure
