Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Custom Clearance and Customer Service. The responsibilities include overseeing custom clearance operations, managing customer service functions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and solving customer queries promptly. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills with a focus on solving operational challenges and ensuring optimal service delivery
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations is highly desirable
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is beneficial
• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Custom pass is an added advantage
