Position Summary & Scope:
The role will be responsible for scaling up subscriptions of our publications and leveraging new sources of consumer revenue. This role will work closely with the brand marketing & circulation teams, as well as global marketing & research teams.
- Drive expansion of CNI's magazine subscriber base through a mix of direct marketing (email and SMS) & advertising (Print, Digital).
- Use Marketing automation & CRM tools to acquire new magazine subscribers from the existing base of web users, event attendees & retain/renew existing or lapsed subscribers.
- Leverage CDP to target users with high subscription purchase intent.
- Partner with brands, events, loyalty & amp; rewards programs to expand reach and base of potential subscribers.
- Lead the creative & communication strategy for subscriptions and other consumer marketing activities for all 4 brands, across all platforms.
- Lead Assist in the complete subscriptions fulfillment practice, working with external and internal stakeholders. External: Agencies & Partners, Internal: Production, Delivery & Finance.
- Overall responsible for subscription marketing & delivering on subscriber targets, increasing renewal rate
- Responsible to promote brand communities and other research activities through emails and website banners
- Responsible for (signing up) Gift partnerships and branded merchandise for subscriptions - end to end stakeholder management.
- Design & amp; run Customer loyalty programs, Up-sell & Cross-sell & campaign management in luxury categories.
- Creating automation and User journeys
- Segmentation of Audiences
Desired Skills:
- Experience in working on Sailthru software and Treasure data will be an added advantage
- Ability to design & execute multi-platform campaigns
- Experience in designing & running Customer loyalty programs, Up-sell & Cross-sell & campaign management in luxury categories.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media
