- Preparation of project budgets for various developments.
- Monitoring budget vs actual costs across project lifecycle.

Cost-to-Complete (CTC)
- Preparation of detailed cost-to-complete analysis based on GFC drawings for ongoing projects.

- Rate Analysis
- Conduct timely rate analysis for project items considering:

- Conduct variance analysis and identify corrective actions.
- Highlight potential cost deviations for early mitigation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Design, Strategy and other teams for required inputs and timelines.
- Prepare periodic review reports for Regional and HO leadership.

Education & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical OR Architect
- Experience in Costing / Quantity Surveying / Cost Consulting
- Experience in construction consulting firms / real estate developers / EPC companies
