Manager Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Corporate Travel Consultant, based at our Mumbai office. The role involves managing corporate travel needs, providing comprehensive travel consultation, processing travel bookings and arrangements, and ensuring customer satisfaction with exceptional service delivery. The manager will oversee travel reservations, manage relationships with stakeholders, and efficiently handle queries related to travel plans for corporate clients.

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in handling Reservations for flights, rail tickets, and accommodations
• Strong commitment to Customer Service excellence and client satisfaction
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage corporate travel seamlessly
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and technology is an advantage
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel policies and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, business administration, or a related field is preferred
