Budget: Up to INR 45 lacs

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Corporate Strategy & Transformation to drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the organization. This role will work closely with global stakeholders to shape business strategy, drive execution excellence, and enable large-scale transformation in a dynamic BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute corporate strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and outcomes
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as operating model design, cost optimization, process transformation, and capability building
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
  • Build data-driven insights and business cases to support key decisions and investments
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports for global stakeholders
  • Collaborate across geographies and functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure program management discipline
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation strategies

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy / transformation roles within a GCC or top-tier consulting firm
  • Strong exposure to BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and transformation programs
  • Excellent program management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
  • High level of ownership, stakeholder management, and execution focus
