Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Fountainhead

Job Purpose

In the above context, the Manager – CSR (project management) is responsible to review the implementation of the CSR projects and to evaluate the documents and progress across projects through various metrics. Following a beneficiary centric and outcome-oriented project review and ensuring timely completion of milestones for all projects across group companies of Bajaj Finserv limited will be the primary objective.

Duties And Responsibilities

Accountabilities Major Activities % of Time

Due diligence and monitoring of partners and projects   Due diligence of shortlisted projects for approvals basis outcomes, risk, alignment, sector, scale and other parameters

  •  Ongoing coordination and monitoring of projects with CSOs.

Onboarding CSO partners and documentation for project initiation

  Completion and review of documentation for seamless onboarding of new partners with various donor companies internally

  •  Completion of MOU (capturing project milestones, outcomes etc.) and other formalities for project initiation

Project lifecycle management   Handle project related work including documentation, monitoring and field work

  •  Process payments, reports and complete process requirements
  •  Annual compliance and reporting
  •  Rigorous end term review for renewal/ closure decisioning
  •  Review project metrics and track progress at portfolio level  35%

Stakeholder engagement and learning   Engage with internal stakeholders (Ops, marketing, HR) for chalking out priorities, engagement plan and reporting

  •  Review of skilling and entrepreneurship ecosystem  15%

  •  Coordination with various stakeholders and gathering requisite project particulars in time  
  •  Timely completion of review and submission of documents across projects allocated to various CSOs.
