We're now rapidly scaling our Corporate Partnerships vertical - targeting 10x growth in 3 years - and are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead that charge in Hyderabad.

Role overview

As Manager, Corporate Sales you will own Cityflo's B2B growth in Hyderabad, hunting and closing new corporate accounts, deepening existing partnerships and building a high-quality pipeline that drives revenue. This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role at the heart of our fastest-growing vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Business Development

  • Identify, target and close new corporate clients, with a focus on 500+ employee organisations.
  • Drive outreach across channels - cold and warm calls, email campaigns and industry events - to build and convert a strong pipeline.
  • Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across target segments and geographies.

B. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging digital outreach, events and referrals to generate high-quality leads.
  • Own end-to-end deal cycles - from first contact through negotiation, proposal, and close.

C. Pipeline & Reporting

  • Manage, track and report all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities and conversions.

D. Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders and procurement teams.
  • Understand client needs deeply to propose tailored Cityflo mobility solutions and drive renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the transport / mobility industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
