Job Description

CLIENT: Diversified producer of processed gourmet and exquisite foods catering to Domestic and International markets.

Key Result Areas:

  • Reporting to CHRO, End-End employee lifecycle management including Talent Acquisition,induction and on-boarding,ensuring manpower needs are met through right candidates.
  • Manage entire spectrum of Manpower planning,Budgeting,PMS & Rewards Management,Compensation & Benefits,Employee engagement programs.
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting at corporate level.
  • Prepare annual training calendar to fulfill gaps/training needs and facilitate training programs.
  • Talent management including succession planning, retention.

Incumbent profile:

  • MBA/PGDBM. HR Professional, with 7+years of corporate HR exposure involving end-end employee life-cycle management in a manufacturing industry.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 12-14LPA
