Position Overview

The Corporate Governance Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring the organization's compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. The role requires strong hands-on experience in compliance management, internal audits, use of compliance tools, and the ability to engage with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management

  • Manage the enterprise-wide compliance management framework, including policies, registers, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Facilitate Compliance Audits, Internal Audit, Follow-up audits and IFC testing.
  • Knowledge of financial and operational processes.
  • Establish working relationships with peers and seniors.
  • Deal with external auditors on audit related issues and concerns.

Requirement

  • Experience of 3-4 years.
  • Semi Qualified CA/ MBA/ Graduates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of compliance tool management.
