About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial management, compliance, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in accounting standards, audit management, MIS reporting, and revenue assurance. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely submissions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately as per Local GAAP and IFRS requirements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits for all entities.
- Ensure all audits are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports on time, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure all regulatory and statutory compliances are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Partner with business teams to support collections, reduce outstanding receivables, and ensure revenue accuracy.
- Track customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and drive cash flow improvements.
- Handle Banking matters
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 58 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, IFRS, and audit processes.
- Experience in managing multi-entity accounting will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting tools/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
