We are looking for a communications professional for the Corporate Communications team in the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. This role will be responsible for driving high-impact branding and communications initiatives across the firm. The individual will lead and support special projects across employer branding, digital platforms, office branding, and strategic brand-building opportunities, helping strengthen the firm's presence across internal and external audiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to identify and develop new branding avenues for the firm, including emerging platforms, programs, and engagement opportunities that enhance visibility and brand recall. You will drive strategic branding projects from concept through execution, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will support website development and maintenance initiatives, helping ensure that digital properties remain current, effective, and aligned with the firm's brand and communication objectives. You will also support content management system (CMS) updates and improvements, ensuring efficient publishing workflows and consistency in digital communications. You will be required to conceptualize and manage physical space branding initiatives across offices, ensuring branded environments reflect the firm's identity, values, and communication standards. You will work across teams to understand business priorities and translate them into thoughtful branding and communication solutions. You will be expected to bring structure to complex, cross-functional projects by managing timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and execution details effectively. You will need to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive brand, business, and executive communications. You will apply the firm's branding and communication guidelines consistently across all content and initiatives, ensuring alignment in style, tone, formatting, visuals, and overall presentation.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic qualifications:
- A master's degree in mass communication/business administration
- 5 to 7 years of experience in communications roles
- Excellent communications, multi-stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience with tech/GCC firms
- A bachelor's degree in mass communications/English
