The Opportunity: Manager - Corporate and College Partnerships Mumbai

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to lead our Corporate and College Sales and Partnerships across the country.

The objective is to ensure that leading corporates, and educational institutions in the country recognize Amaha as their trusted partner for comprehensive mental health solutions.

This is not a conventional field sales role- you will be the face of Amaha to HR leaders, founders, principals, and institutional decision-makers, driving growth through strategic partnerships and long-term relationships.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Building: Proactively identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of corporate organizations and educational institutions through inbound, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, etc..
  • Meetings: Arrange and lead business calls, in-person meetings, demos, and presentations with HR leaders, founders, principals, deans, and student welfare heads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand organizational and campus-specific mental health challenges; diagnose needs and recommend tailored solutions aligned with stakeholder objectives.
  • Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate Amaha's value proposition, outcomes, and impact across corporate and campus environments.
  • Proposal and Scope Identification: Draft customized proposals, commercials, and scope documents based on client requirements and agreed deliverables.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close partnerships while ensuring long-term relationship value.
  • Sales Tracking & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM updates, track pipeline progress, and provide reliable revenue forecasts.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves

  • 3-4 years of proven track record in B2B / institutional sales; experience in the Mental Health or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to actively listen, diagnose client needs, and provide structured, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Close attention to detail in proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Strong ownership mindset with high integrity and transparent communication.

Good-to-Haves

  • Prior experience working in the mental health industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top institute
