What you'll do:

Own and craft high-quality copy across CRM channels: Push Notifications, Emailers, WhatsApp, RCS and in-app communication.

Translate business, product and marketing briefs into clear, consumer-first communication.

Ideate and contribute to larger campaign ideas, from sale narratives to brand-led moments.

Work closely with design, marketing, product and CRM teams to ensure consistency, clarity and impact.

Balance speed with craft, writing that's sharp, relevant and on-point, even at scale.

What we're looking for

48 years of experience in copywriting / creative roles, preferably with brand and advertising agency experience.

Strong understanding of CRM thinking, not just writing lines, but knowing what works where and why.

Ability to think beyond individual assets and connect the dots at a campaign level.

Clear, concise writing style with a good sense of tonality and restraint.

A collaborative mindset, high ownership, and comfort with feedback and iteration.
