Job Description

Overview

The Control & Reporting Assoc Analyst will be a key member of the Sector Reporting COE and will report directly to the Asia Pacific Foods & IBFR Control & Reporting Senior Manager. The individual will be primarily involved in Asia Pacific Foods & IBFR Governance reporting and will be assisting in any ad hoc requests from Corp and other sector tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Consoliate and review monthly BU QOE and bonus FIFO for submission to Corp
  • Review and prepare monthly and pre/post close Marketplace Spend FIFO and analysis reports
  • Lead the reporting of Intraco & Interco OOBs in Suncore and OOBs resolutions with BUs
  • Support pre and post close schedules through preparation of reports including AR Aging analysis, Related Party Transactions, Statutory Audit, audit and other external services.
  • Support review of BU representation rep letters and consolidate BAIC updates for review by Control & Reporting Senior Manager
  • Submit quarterly & annual reporting schedules required by the Corporate reporting team, including policy exceptions, COCC, SAB108, A15A, A25, A82 and conflict minerals.
  • Coordinate with Corporate reporting team for ad hoc transactions or issues faced during monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Partner with OU and Corporate Reporting teams and cross functional teams to ensure timely reporting

Qualifications

. Minimum: 4-5 years of relevant accounting-related experience.
. Financial Reporting experience: 2 years
. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Knowledge
. Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent written and verbal English skills
. Big Four experience is highly preferred
. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA
. SAP Knowledge
