Overview
The Contract Analytics Analyst supports the rollout of the Global Contract program for S&T by coordinating contract data analytics, validation, and reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of contract data, tailoring analytics to procurement needs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive strategic sourcing and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support and Coordinate the Golden Frame Data Structure: Act as the primary coordinator for the golden frame contract data structure, ensuring all contract elements are accurately captured, classified, and maintained for analytics and reporting.
- Validation Stop for Data Prior to Consumption: Serve as the final validation checkpoint for contract data, performing random sampling and quality checks before data is consumed by downstream systems or analytics platforms.
- Tailor Analytical Reports Based on Procurement Needs: Develop and customize analytical reports to address specific procurement requirements, including spend analysis, supplier risk, compliance, and contract performance metrics.
- Join and Lead Meetings with Cross-Functional Partners: Actively participate in and lead meetings with Procurement, Technology, Data & AI, and other business partners to align on contract analytics objectives, resolve data issues, and support program rollout.
- Support Rollout of Global Contract Program (S&T): Provide analytics and reporting support for the implementation of the Global Contract program, ensuring alignment with S&T business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/master's in data Related Steam
- 7-9 years of overall experience with minimum of 4+years of experience in contract analytics, procurement analytics, or related data management roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract management systems (Ariba CLM, Selectica) and procurement analytics platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data validation, reporting, and visualization tools.
